Healthy 2-ingredient cookies ♥

 

Trying to live a healthy lifestyle and having a sweet tooth are two things that are really hard to combine sometimes. Since I love cooking, baking and experimenting in the kitchen, I tried to think about a healthy way of satisfying my cravings for sweets. That’s how I came across this wonderfully easy and incredibly fast recipe for oatmeal-banana-cookies 🙂 

All you need is:
2 bananas
100g oatmeal

How to prepare the cookies:
Preheat the oven to 175° C.
Mash the bananas in a bowl and mix them up with the oatmeal.
Form cookies and put them on a baking tray.
Bake them for 15-20 minutes.

so good, that i had to take a bite ;)

Well, I have to admit that the idea of these banana cookies with a little bit of chocolate was something I absolutely had to try! I mixed some chocolate chips into the dough and trust me, it was worth it! Absolutely delicious! 😉

With this kind of recipes, there are no limits to your imagination! I bet some dried fruits, coconut flakes or nuts would taste awesome as well 🙂
